Die Holz-Kalebasse
Unsere Kalebasse für Maté aus Holz stammt vom Jujubenbaum, einem dornigen Baum, der im Mittelmeerraum weit verbreitet ist.
Die Maté-Kalebassen werden lackiert, um sie dauerhaft zu schützen, und eignen sich perfekt für den täglichen Maté-Konsum. Sie fassen zwischen 120ml und 150ml und können bis zu 20g Yerba Maté aufnehmen.
Diese Kalebasse ist sofort verwendbar und muss nicht eingebrannt werden!
Die Bombilla
In Ihrem Set erhalten Sie eine klassische Bombilla aus Edelstahl mit einer Länge von 16 cm, die perfekt zur mitgelieferten Kalebasse passt.
Ihre Größe und ihr Gewicht sorgen für gute Stabilität und ein optimales Filtern des Matés.
Der Bio-Maté
Das Entdeckungs-Maté-Set enthält eine Blechdose mit 100g Bio-Grünmaté Grand Cru:
- Bio-Grünmaté Grand Cru : Geringe Intensität. Ideal für alle, die im Maté keine Bitterkeit suchen. Frisch geerntet, wird sein sehr milder Geschmack alle Liebhaber begeistern.

Our grand cru green mate has the distinction of being grown on the agroforestry model and harvested at maturity, giving it a richer, smoother flavor.
It's the ideal mate for discovering the plant, its virtues, and calmly exploring the rich diversity of flavors across the different mates.
For optimal storage, our grand cru mate is protected by its beautiful tin, made in France and hand screen-printed.
The tin is then reusable - the only limit is your imagination!

Why mate?
Mate is a traditional South American drink made from the leaves of the yerba mate tree.
It is rich in antioxidants, vitamins and minerals, and has stimulating properties similar to coffee and tea. It can help improve focus, energy and digestion.
How to prepare and drink mate?
Mate is traditionally prepared in a gourd and drunk through a bombilla, a filtered metal straw.
Fill the gourd about 2/3 full with yerba mate, add hot water (not boiling, around 70-80°C) and sip through the bombilla.
When to drink mate?
Mate can be enjoyed at any time of day, depending on individual preferences and needs.
As it contains caffeine, it is often enjoyed in the morning or early afternoon for a boost of energy and focus.
What does mate taste like?
We carefully select our yerba mates for their exceptional flavors: smooth and complex, very close to the taste of a green tea.
