Unser gerösteter Bio-Grand-Cru-Mate wurde einem Röstverfahren bei niedriger Temperatur unterzogen, um ihm einen sehr aromatischen Geschmack zu verleihen, der sich stark von herkömmlichen Mates unterscheidet.
Dieser geröstete Mate kann am Ende einer Mahlzeit genossen werden, wo er den endlosen schwarzen Kaffee perfekt ersetzt.
Intensiv, schokoladig und kraftvoll, dieser Mate bringt alle seine Aromen zum Ausdruck, wenn er 3 bis 5 Minuten lang bei einer Temperatur zwischen 80 und 85 °C aufgegossen wird.
Alle unsere Yerba Mate sind von ECOCERT BIO zertifiziert.

Mate is considered a "superfood".
This infusion, drunk for thousands of years, is prized for its benefits:

MATE IN PLASTIC-FREE TEA BAGS
We made the decision to use exclusively mate tea bags made from plant-based materials.
Both ecological and innovative, these bags are made from corn starch, a resistant, durable material with the added advantage of diffusing the aromas perfectly.
With no plastic, paper or staples, you can now drink mate in plastic-free tea bags.
What's more, they are made and packed in France!
UN TERROIR GRAND CRU
Grown using agroforestry, a method that lets the plant draw its nutrients from the rich, diverse biodiversity of southern Brazil.
From the terroir of São Mateus do Sul, in southern Paraná, this mate is a grand cru thanks to its terroir and the denser shade provided by the imposing Araucaria trees. Harvesting methods and the care given to the plant are also decisive factors in achieving a grand cru mate!.
As the leaves grow more slowly, the flavors of the yerba mate concentrate further, acquiring a richer, fruitier, more complex taste.
UNE AGRICULTURE RESPONSABLE
On top of being a grand cru, our mate is grown with respect for the environment and everyone involved.
Organic for over 50 years, our leaves are harvested at maturity every two years, to reach exceptional quality and balance.
Fair-trade: our values drive us every day to build a viable model. Beyond providing good working and living conditions for everyone in the production chain, concrete actions are taken daily to support the region's development.
