Returns and withdrawal
Your return request is accepted provided that the withdrawal is made within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please note that the return costs remain your responsibility.
To ensure a smooth return and refund process, please follow the instructions below. Otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse the refund:
- Contact us here, specifying your order number, to inform us of your wish to withdraw. Following this message, you will have 14 days to return the products to us, the shipping date being the date of validity.
- Please make sure that each product to be returned is in its original packaging, has not been used, and is in perfect condition. Any opened or damaged item will not be refunded.

After inspection of the return, the refund will be made within 48 hours.
