Returns and cancellations
Your return request is accepted provided that the cancellation is made within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility.
To ensure a smooth return and refund process, please follow the instructions below. Otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.
- Contact us here, specifying your order number, to inform us of your wish to cancel. Following this message, you have 14 days to return the products, the shipping date being considered as proof.
- Please ensure that each product you return is in its original packaging, unused, and in perfect condition. Any opened or damaged item will not be refunded.
