La Calebasse en Bois
Notre Calebasse à maté en bois est issue du Jujubier, arbre épineux particulièrement répandu en Méditerranée.
Les calebasses à maté sont vernies afin de les protéger durablement et sont parfaites pour une consommation du maté quotidienne. Elles ont une contenance entre 120ml et 150ml et peuvent accueillir jusqu’à 20g de yerba maté.
Cette calebasse est utilisable directement et n'a pas besoin de curage !
La Bombilla
Vous recevrez dans votre kit une Bombilla Classique en acier inoxydable d’une longueur de 16 cm parfaitement adaptée à la calebasse fournie.
En effet, sa taille et son poids permettent une bonne stabilité et un filtrage du maté optimal.

A GRAND CRU MATE
Starting with traditional mate is good, but with a premium mate it's better!
Our grand cru green mate has the distinction of being cultivated using agroforestry methods and harvested at maturity , which gives it a richer and sweeter flavor.
This is the ideal mate to discover the plant , its virtues and to calmly approach the rich diversity of flavors found in the different mates.
For optimal preservation, our grand cru mate is protected by its superb tin box , made in France and hand screen-printed.
The box is then reusable, the only limit: your imagination!

Why mate?
Mate is a traditional South American beverage, prepared from the leaves of the yerba mate tree.
It is rich in antioxidants , vitamins and minerals , and has stimulating properties similar to those of coffee and tea. It can help improve concentration , energy and digestion .
How to prepare and consume maté?
Mate is traditionally prepared in a gourd and consumed with a bombilla , a metal filter straw.
The gourd is filled with about 2/3 yerba mate, hot water (not boiling, about 70-80°C) is added and it is sipped through the bombilla.
When to drink maté?
Mate can be consumed at any time of day, depending on individual preferences and needs.
Because it contains caffeine, it is often enjoyed in the morning or early afternoon for a boost of energy and concentration.
What does maté taste like?
We carefully select our different yerba mate for their exceptional flavors: sweet and complex , very close to the flavor of a green tea .
