Preparation tips
We made these mate tea infusions so that they could be enjoyed like tea .
We recommend infusing between 2 and 4g of mate tea per cup , or around 16g for 1L.
You can infuse our recipes in a tea ball , in a French press or in our gourds and filter the infusion using a bombilla . If you infuse these recipes in a gourd, we recommend not exceeding 4g in order to obtain a balanced flavor.
Can we eat it iced?
Yes, infusions and mate tea are perfectly enjoyed iced . They offer a refreshing drink ideal for hot days, while retaining their benefits and aromas .

These gourmet compositions, plain or fruity , will take you on a journey without changing your habits. This 80g format is to be enjoyed like a tea, in an infusion of 2-4g per cup, depending on the intensity you want!
Our recipes are made from organic dehydrated fruits or organic dried flowers ; the infusion is a little longer, the time for the fruits to fully express themselves by rehydrating! You can then enjoy the hot or iced infusions for the summer!
You will then benefit from all the properties of mate without any bitterness, and better, with the pleasure of a high-end tea infusion .

A GRAND CRU TERROIR
Our mates are grown using agroforestry , this method allows the plant to draw its nutrients from the rich and diverse biodiversity of southern Brazil.
Coming from the terroir of São Mateus do Sul, in the south of Paraná, this mate is a grand cru due to its terroir and the greater shade provided by the imposing Araucarias. The harvesting methods and the care given to the plant are also determining factors in order to obtain a grand cru mate !
As the leaves grow more slowly, the flavors of yerba mate will become more concentrated, acquiring a richer, fruitier and more complex taste.
RESPONSIBLE AGRICULTURE
In addition to being a great vintage, our mate is grown with respect for the environment and all stakeholders.
Organic for over 50 years, our leaves are harvested at maturity every two years, to achieve exceptional quality and balance.
Fair , our values drive us every day to build a viable model. Beyond offering working and living comfort to all stakeholders in the production chain, concrete actions are implemented on a daily basis to help develop the region.
