Returns and withdrawal
Your return request is accepted provided the withdrawal takes place within 14 days of receiving your order. Note that return shipping costs remain your responsibility.
To ensure an optimal return and refund process, please follow the instructions below. Otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse the refund:
- Contact us here with your order number to let us know you wish to withdraw. Following this message, you have 14 days to send the products back to us, the shipping date serving as proof.
- Make sure every returned product is in its original packaging, unused and in perfect condition. Any opened or damaged item will not be refunded.

After inspecting the return, the refund will be issued within 48h.
