Its unique terroir and the denser shade provided by the majestic Araucaria trees allow the mate leaves to grow more slowly, intensifying the aromas and yielding a richer taste profile with fruity notes and heightened complexity.

To achieve this, we selected our own Grand Cru mate plot, with the advantage of an exclusive terroir and consistency in harvest, shading - and therefore in the final flavors of our mate.
