FRANCE:
Shipping fees for delivery byColissimoin metropolitan France are €5.90 and free for any orderover €70.
Shipping fees for delivery byColissimo Pickup Point in metropolitan France are €4.90 and free for any orderover €50.
Shipping fees for delivery byMondial Relayin metropolitan France are €2.90 and free for any orderover €30.
BELGIUM, LUXEMBOURG:
Shipping fees for delivery byColissimoin Belgium and Luxembourg are €9.9.
Shipping fees for delivery byMondial RelayinBelgium and Luxembourg are €3.90 and free for any orderover €50.
SWITZERLAND:
Delivery to Switzerland is provided byColissimo. Shipping fees are €11.9 for home delivery within 2 to 3 business days.
EU (European Union):
Delivery to the EU is provided byColissimo. Shipping fees are €15.9 for home delivery within 2 to 3 business days.
To ensure your package is delivered correctly and that you receive it within the timeframes we state, please make sure your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant and/or required information. Using abbreviations, correct street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and routing information (where applicable) is essential to ensure timely delivery. We accept no responsibility for shipments lost, misdirected, or incorrectly delivered if the address provided is incorrect or entered incorrectly at the time of purchase.
PROCESSING TIME
All orders are subject to a separate processing time, distinct from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been collected from our fulfillment center by the carrier. The processing and shipping time for orders is 1 to 2 business days, but 959% of our orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You also have the option to track your order status on our website under the "TRACK MY PACKAGE" section.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you refuse a YVY shipment, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost to return the package to our warehouses. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued.
DELIVERY CLAIMS
If you notice a non-delivery or if tracking information indicates that your package was delivered by the carrier but you did not receive it, you must contact us within 7 days to file a claim (contact@yvy-mate.fr).
We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claim process. Please note that handling claims can take up to 30 days.
We accept no responsibility for packages that the carrier has reported as delivered. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages the carrier confirms as delivered.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of those items is out of stock: we will ship the remainder of your order and refund you for the out-of-stock items using your original payment method. Please note that you may receive multiple packages for a single order if it contains multiple items.
