This fresh mix between our Organic Green Mate and our Organic mint leaves will gently take you on a trip to South America.
Refreshing and balanced, this mate will express all its flavors infused at a temperature of 80-85°C for 3 to 5 minutes.
All our Yerba Mate is certified ORGANIC by ECOCERT.
The 100gr tin boxes are screen-printed by hand.
The lid is airtight, thus protecting your maté menthe from moisture and odors to preserve its aromas. The tin boxes are perfectly suited for consumption in a calabash or as an infusion.
The tin boxes can be reused endlessly, the only limit: your imagination!
Orders placed before 11am are shipped the same day.

Mate is considered a "superfood".
This infusion, drunk for thousands of years, is prized for its benefits:

A SINGULAR TERROIR
At 900 meters of altitude, our mate grows in the heart of the biodiversity of the Santa Catarina region, in the great valley of the Iguaçu river, Brazil.
As with wine, terroir has a decisive influence on mate's final flavor. The minerals in the soil bring more or less bitterness, length or astringency to the final brew.
This region has the distinction of producing a high-quality mate that is particularly balanced, with herbal, floral notes and moderate bitterness.
TRADITIONAL ORGANIC FARMING
For over 100 years, our partner has kept their passion and know-how alive, growing a native yerba renowned for its original taste and famed for its smoothness.
The leaves of this organic yerba mate are harvested at maturity every 12 months. After harvest, the mate is dried naturally (smoke-free) before being enjoyed fresh, or going through an additional stage of aging or roasting.
