Its unique terroir and the denser shade provided by the majestic Araucarias allow for a slower growth of the mate leaves, in order to obtain intensified aromas, resulting in a richer taste profile, with fruity notes and increased complexity .
For this, we have selected our own plot of grand cru mate, with the advantage of having an exclusive terroir, as well as consistency in the harvest, the shade and therefore the final flavors of our mate.
