Preparation tips
We created these mate tea infusions so they can be enjoyed just like a tea.
We recommend brewing 2 to 4g of mate tea per cup, i.e. around 16g per liter.
You can brew our recipes in a tea infuser, a French press, or in our gourds, filtering the infusion with a bombilla. If you brew these recipes in a gourd, we recommend staying under 4g for a balanced flavor.
Can it be enjoyed iced?
Yes, mate infusions and mate tea are perfect served iced. They make a refreshing drink, ideal for hot days, while keeping all their benefits and aromas.

A GRAND CRU TERROIR
Our mates are grown using agroforestry, a method that lets the plant draw its nutrients from the rich, diverse biodiversity of southern Brazil.
From the terroir of São Mateus do Sul, in southern Paraná, this mate is a grand cru thanks to its terroir and the denser shade provided by the imposing Araucaria trees. Harvesting methods and the care given to the plant are also decisive factors in achieving a grand cru mate!
As the leaves grow more slowly, the flavors of the yerba mate concentrate further, acquiring a richer, fruitier, more complex taste.
RESPONSIBLE FARMING
On top of being a grand cru, our mate is grown with respect for the environment and everyone involved.
Organic for over 50 years, our leaves are harvested at maturity every two years, to reach exceptional quality and balance.
Fair-trade: our values drive us every day to build a viable model. Beyond providing good working and living conditions for everyone in the production chain, concrete actions are taken daily to support the region's development.
Our mate is dried naturally (smoke-free).

Le maté est connu pour ses propriétés diurétiques et son côté antioxydant.A l’ouverture du paquet, se dégage une odeur particulière, ni bonne ni mauvaise, mais plutôt forte.Au goût, c’est assez léger, d’une intensité 3/10, pas amer du tout, un peu fade à mon goût, mais la qualité est là.J’ai fait bouillir mon eau comme indiqué et j’ai laissé infusé 10 minutes.Cette infusion est composée de maté vert Bio, d’écorces de citron et de gingembre. Il y a peu de gingembre, ce qui explique peut-être la faible intensité de l’infusion.J’ai bu cette infusion chaude, mais on peut la boire froide.On peut conserver cette préparation dans son paquet puisque ce dernier est opaque.L’ouverture du paquet est facilitée (voir ma photo). Le paquet se ferme bien.Il y a 80 grammes d’infusion et la date limite de consommation est fixée au mois de septembre 2027 : il y a de la marge.La fabrication est française, la récolte se fait au Brésil.
Délicieux mélange subtilement dosé et dynamisant.
Excellents produits pas trop d'amertume.
Ayant réceptionné mon colis hier je n'ai pas encore eu le temps de le goûter.
Cependant je ne doute pas qu'il sera aussi délicieux que celui se trouvant dans le kit découverte

J'ai apprécié la prise de commande sur internet, le site est très bien conçu, les explications sont très claires (je n'y connaissais pas grand chose en maté). J'ai reçu ma commande très rapidement, j'apprécie vraiment les sachets, c'est très pratique, la boisson est prête en quelques minutes. Et surtout c'est très bon, on sent la grande qualité du maté, je suis conquise!

Label bio, un vrac de qualité et pas émietté, avec un sachet refermable bien pensé. Ca se présente bien. L'odeur est très inspirante, les morceaux de gingembre sont nombreux et généreusement taillés ! On commence déjà déguster, rien qu'avec les yeux !L'infusion diffuse immédiatement une petite fragance poivrée typique de la racine piquante et au goût, aucu doute : c'est excellent. La robe est orange foncée, presque rouge.A 9.90 c'est un trè sbon maté, un vrac de belle qualité, avec des arômes frais très présents. Une vraie réussite !
